Pact Innovation Forum

Accelerating implementation and monitoring of the Pact for the Future through policy research, innovation, and partnerships.

“And beyond governments, stakeholder engagement continues to build through innovative platforms and global dialogues. Civil society actors and policy innovation networks, including the Global Governance Innovation Network, are contributing to implementation through research, practical policy proposals, monitoring, and inclusive dialogue that translate the Pact’s commitments into action.”

–Friday, February 27th 2026, H.E. Annalena Baerbock, 81st President of the General Assembly, “Delivering the Pact for the Future: Progress Made and the Way Forward”

A flexible and multidimensional instrument to facilitate follow-through on the Pact for the Future through innovative research, dialogue, and multistakeholder coordination across governments, the UN system, and civil society, including an up-to-date calendar of events.

A multi-pronged, evidence-based set of tools to track progress and set-backs related to Pact for the Future implementation, designed to both leverage success to spur further momentum while encouraging course corrections when gaps emerge.
