This session will discuss how multilateralism has no alternative. The challenges the world is facing require more global cooperation than ever. The moment has come to set the world on a new path that is more equitable, secure and sustainable and a United Nations that is fit for purpose in the 21st century. The UN75 Declaration is a good reminder of what needs to be done, but to achieve this vision, political will, significant reforms, and measurable implementation are all needed urgently.
