By translating global commitments into actionable strategies at the local, national, regional and international levels, Member States play a vital role in ensuring that the Pact’s transformative vision becomes a reality. These efforts not only drive meaningful progress but also create opportunities for innovation and localized solutions tailored to diverse contexts.

Monitoring and evaluation are indispensable in this process. They enable the identification of challenges that hinder progress, uncover game changers and accelerators that can amplify impact, and provide a clear understanding of what has been achieved and what remains to be done. By continuously assessing efforts, we can adapt strategies, address gaps, and ensure that resources are allocated effectively and equitably.

This Dialogue focused on:

  • Sharing best practices and innovative approaches to adapt the Pact’s commitments to national contexts.
  • Identifying challenges, accelerators, and game changers to strengthen the impact of national efforts.
  • Exploring ways and means to track and assess national level implementation of the Pact.
  • Synergizing the Pact’s objectives with existing framework to enhance coherence and efficiency.
